Overnight oats are a great breakfast to start the day.
Get them ready the night before, add your favourite toppings in the morning and enjoy it!

Easy and healthy breakfast.
Servings: 1 serving
- 250 ml Unsweetened almond milk you can use any other plant based
- 40 grams Rolled oats
- 10 grams Chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 10 grams Omega mix seeds
- 150 grams Raspberries
- The night before mix the almond milk, oats, chia seeds and cinnamon. Put in the fridge and leave it overnight.
- The next morning, take the mix out of the fridge and simply top it with the omega mix seeds and raspberries.
I also added 10 grams of vanilla protein powder in the morning to top up my protein intake. You could also put some marple syrup or agave syrup to give a sweeter taste.
