Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 250 ml Unsweetened almond milk you can use any other plant based
  • 40 grams Rolled oats
  • 10 grams Chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 10 grams Omega mix seeds
  • 150 grams Raspberries

Instructions

  • The night before mix the almond milk, oats, chia seeds and cinnamon. Put in the fridge and leave it overnight.
  • The next morning, take the mix out of the fridge and simply top it with the omega mix seeds and raspberries.

Notes

I also added 10 grams of vanilla protein powder in the morning to top up my protein intake.
You could also put some marple syrup or agave syrup to give a sweeter taste.
