150grams Raspberries
Instructions
The night before mix the almond milk, oats, chia seeds and cinnamon. Put in the fridge and leave it overnight.
The next morning, take the mix out of the fridge and simply top it with the omega mix seeds and raspberries.
Notes
I also added 10 grams of vanilla protein powder in the morning to top up my protein intake.You could also put some marple syrup or agave syrup to give a sweeter taste.
